  • Is your property pet friendly?  Yes – most cabins and treehouses allow pets with a $100 refundable pet deposit and a signed pet agreement.  Some restrictions apply.  Click here to read our pet agreement.
  • Is there a rental agreement too?  Yes, we have a standard rental agreement.  Click here to read our rental agreement.
  • What are you deposit requirements?  We require a $200 deposit to book (applied to balance) and payment in full 21 days in advance of your arrival (30 days in advance for major holidays or special events).  If your arrival date is less than 21 days from your booking date (30 days for major holidays and special events) then the full amount is due at the time of booking.  Some times of the year may be slightly different.  See our rental agreement for info on “security” deposits.
  • What is your cancellation policy?  You must cancel more than 21 days from your arrival date to receive any monies back.   Major holidays and special events are 30 days (I.E., Memorial Day, July 4th holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Year’s Day, Lifted Truck Nationals, Legends of Golf Tournament, etc.).  During the winter months of January and February ONLY, we have a 3 day cancellation due to unpredictable weather conditions.
  • Is there a charge to reschedule dates?  Reschedules are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.  Prevailing rates apply.
  • Do you charge a separate cleaning fee?  WE NO LONGER CHARGE A SEPARATE CLEANING FEE!  Our rates are the nightly rate plus tax of 6.1%.  
  • Do I have to take a timeshare tour to stay here?  No – We no longer sell timeshare!
  • What if I do want to take a preview tour of the property before I rent at Branson Cedars?  We’d love to show you around!  Contact us here to schedule a property tour.  If you want to see a certain type of unit – for instance a treehouse – call us in advance to make sure we’ll have a vacant unit to show you.  We do not show occupied or dirty units.
  • Do I have to be an overnight guest here to play the disc golf course?  No.  The public is welcome for a nominal daily use fee.
  • Do you rent the actual discs to play?  Yes.  You can bring your own discs – or you can rent from us for a small fee.
  • Are there any restaurants on property?  Yes – “The Log Cabin Cafe,” is located right on property (facing Hwy 86 next to The Outpost building).  It is dine-in or carry out – including breakfast!  See the menu HERE.
  • How long does it take to get to Table Rock Lake?  It’s only 4 miles & less than 10 minutes to the closest marina:  www.bassproshopslongcreekmarina.com
  • Where can I get information on area shows and attractions?  Our Outpost Activities Center or main office can assist you with information on local shows and attractions.  We have maps and coupons too!  We also offer a discount for a half day guided fishing trip with local fishing legend Captain Don House on either Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo.  Visit his site here:  Branson Fishing Guide Service.
  • Can I bring my boat?  Yes.  Most cabins – but not all – have room to park your boat – just check with us when booking.
  • Is your pool indoors or outdoors?  Our pool is outdoors and is open seasonally in the warmest months only.
  • What do I need to bring when renting a cabin or treehouse?  Just you and your loved ones – and any food items.  We supply linens, towels, etc.  However, we do not provide POOL towels.  Please bring those with you if you’re planning to use the pool or go to the lake.
  • Do I have to pay extra for WI-FI in my cabin or treehouse?  No, never!
  • What is your check-in and check-out times?  3:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m.
