Unlike other companies that won't ever tell you the price in advance or request you fill out endless email questions before accessing their secret vault of knowledge, we are not that way.

There are even some companies that will wait and make you ask for the price three times at the sales presentation on purpose before letting you in on what it is on the property you are thinking about buying?.... what's that all about?

We on the other hand want you to not only have the contracts in advance, but the POA documents and fee structures as well. We also want you to have the prices - this way you will know before you set foot on our property what our product offerings are and how much they cost.

We are proud of our property, our product, our people and our services and we ask that you pay us for these accordingly.

That's why we don't have to resort to strong arm tactics or high pressure sales... you know before you get here if it's something you want or not and if the price fits into your budget... the rest is then as easy as falling off a log (no pun intended!)

We believe that the future of vacation home ownership is that you buy the amount of time that you're really going to use – leaving the rest of your hard earned money for other fun stuff, like attractions, shows, lake outings, shopping, etc... or just about anything else that you want to experience.

Gone are the days where a 2nd family vacation home is a drain financially, emotionally and physically. A vacation home shouldn't be a burden – it should be a joy to have and own.
